Cost-effective Water Management for New Developments

Date of event: 18 October 2016 London Transport Museum

This British Water Conference is aimed at developers, designers, architects and BREEAM consultants, to take the most cost-effective approach to meeting the surface-water management requirements for new developments.

Why Attend?

This event will help further educate, inform and assist attendees by providing a clearer understanding of SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) consideration at all project stages; with a focus on showcasing cost-effective solutions.

Backed by the UK Rainwater Management Association (UKRMA), this event will cover introductory concepts through to best practice examples based on commercial and housing developments, in both heavily urbanised and less densely populated areas. The conference will enable attendees to produce added-value surface water management solutions for projects.

Hosted at the London Transport Museum, 18 October 2016, with guaranteed attendance and speakers from key organisations including Environment Agency, Defra, CIRIA, Local Government, Landscape Institute, a BREEAM expert and event collaborators UKRMA, with many more speakers to be confirmed.

Cost-effective water management for new developments is a key opportunity to network and build strong working relationships with water management experts, building design and engineering industry contacts as well as others across the SuDS supply chain.
